I know  Cantonese food. So I ought to, after 30 years at the sharp end of the restaurant trade and serving up the most talked about Cantonese cuisine in the area.

At Yu and You we believe in constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional Cantonese cooking. Our Chef’s enjoy tearing up the rule book and providing contemporary and unique dishes. Whilst they do that I ensure that we don’t stray to far away from the classic flavours, colours of traditional Cantonese food.
