Food and Wine Evening

On Tuesday 4th July, we would like inform you that we will be hosting our second wine and food evening, seeing as the first one was so popular!

The evening will include a 4 course set menu, each course paired up with a specific wine.

Below is the menu for the evening, elegantly created by our Executive Chef Victor Yu.

First course

Trio of Dim Sum

Chicken Sui Mai, Prawn Har Kau, Pork War Tip

 

 

Second course

Roast Char Sui Pork Pancakes

plum jam, spring onion, cucumber

 

 

Main course

Wok Seared Ostrich, Szechuan Peppercorn

stir fried tender stem broccoli, ginger, garlic, pineapple fried rice

 

 

Dessert course

Victor’s Toffee Apple, Lychee Ice Cream
